Cathy Smith is an award-winning travel writer
whose articles cover a wide range of destinations and subjects from angling
for wild salmon to zebra spotting.
She has been a travel journalist/photographer
since 1986. During that time she has canoed the wild rivers of northern
Canada, ski-doo'd across the icy Lapland tundra and crossed the Masai
Mara in a hot-air balloon.
On the softer side there have been mornings
spent sipping thick, sweet coffee overlooking the brilliant souks of North
Africa, afternoons hiking the hills of Wales and evenings enjoying Campari
on the Champs Elysées.
